Our mission and vision
At Esmeralda Wolf Connections vzw, we want to get back to basics: seeing people as they are, in all their strengths and vulnerabilities. We believe that everyone has value and talents, including those who are all too often needlessly sidelined today.
Our non-profit organisation is dedicated to supporting people who struggle to find their place in the mainstream labour market or in traditional voluntary work. They are often excluded due to mental, social or physical vulnerabilities. We want to change that.
Coaching and other services:
We work with volunteers who have
struggled to find a place elsewhere. With us, they are given a new
opportunity to feel useful, discover their talents and develop their
passions. There are no obligations, and everything is fully tailored
to their needs.
We also place a strong emphasis on experiential
expertise. After all, anyone who has overcome challenges themselves
possesses a wealth of knowledge and understanding; and it is
precisely this strength that we want to harness in our coaching
sessions.
Our support and services are rooted in genuine commitment and passion. We believe it is important that people on a limited budget also have access to support. That is why we deliberately opt for affordable packages, without compromising on quality or a human touch.

makers with shops, clubs and publishers — each driven by their own
unique story.
